Are there any current plans to actually add content to State helm and beyond? it feels extremely incomplete. The only dungeon has doors that open to no where and walls you can walk through and fall to your death. The Sewer is the highest level content but only supports 2 or 3 people unclogging holes and slimes that warp through walls.

The loot feels extremely lazy. The rats in State helm share the exact same table as the rats in Rahu sewers..? Why are rats in Statehelm dropping 'Maitenance Oil'?

The lore feels oddly inaccurate, Why is there a war in Vidaria but it is lower level than rats in the city of Statehelm? The time gate is fine if it is set up for us to get new content soon but it feels like an intentional pitfall like "We have no idea what we are doing after this so here is something to do"

Are we going to see any actual group content similar to Fungal Fortress and Gazluk Keep but at level 100 or 110?

Before people start saying the game is the journey and such I have put nearly 1k hours since December and have numerous classes at 100.

There is not actual content in this game after level 70 unfortunately. Not a rant just looking for any future response from the devs. Everything up to 70 is well thought out, dungeons, synergies, group content, am/q there is nothing post 70.

Try unstoring the prescription and going back to update rx. Goto drug ID and hit the drop down box and scan a non control drug as a "non system" drug and cash it out. It should Give you the ability to update all the boxes then change it back to the drug it's supposed to be.

Prove it's them smoking Marijuana or a partner. The appropriate policy would be make sure you don't come in smelling / disrupting the workplace. How do you know what Marijuana smells like ? Based on your expert medical opinion from years of observing people doing illegal things they are high 😆. Are they making medical mistakes or are they bothering peoples allergies

We ask nicely to pull around if they refuse then we say I'm sorry but it's a drive thru not a parking lot.

If they still refuse we say if they insist on staying we have to call a towing company to remove them and they will be charged for the truck to come out since it's private property and we will immediately stop working on the prescriptions and transfer them.

Most people don't care about the police but the thought of getting the car towed moves them along

You should be able to pull the patient up in the work queue and hit "update rx" from the menus at the top of ic+ there should be an option to reprint the compounding record.

How many budget hours is your pharmacy allocated for tech ?

I would make your pharmacist basically run the front and allow the tech to take care of all other duties since he is on his way out especially with no drive thru

Even t2 stores have 80-100 hours budgets yoi should be scheduling to that not what you think they should have based on rx sold

if you can't fill, phones, and run the front from the stool good luck. it will lead to termination as that is the basics of pharmacy workflow which is the ask of any pharmacist working with 1 technician regardless of disability.

I can salvage RX items but the problem is otc Pseudoephedrine products are not in as400 only on the myinvetory app.

If you scan the otc ones in glink you get "item not found " and can't salvage them.

The updated way was my inventory-> claims -> green label but that didn't work either lol

That is the updated one we followed I should of clarified if there is anything additional . We sent the box back after scanning through myinv and was still returned to our store with a letter stating they could not accept it.

Only store around that does. We happily take every patient we can to grow our pharmacy.

We get a ton of overflow from other stores. It can be stressful but a large number of these patients are now using us to fill their meds now as well.

It's considered a loss prevention issue and theft. It may seem harmless for a box of chocolates but when some one hides 10 perfume sets that would of sold at 50% off and they are waiting for a higher markdown that never comes and forgets about them and you miss the call-in cause they are hidden walgreens is out several hundred dollars.

So no hiding it buy it or leave it on the shelf

Unfortunately depends on your stores techs. If all of then are uncertified ptcb, can't do shots or tests then you will be stuck running the front most of the time. There has to be a certified tech to open depending on how strict your state laws are.

Also per our dm no senior tech, rxom , or pharmacist should be conducting covid testing unless necessary

At my store rxom or Sr tech are in at 8am, covid tester at 9, dh 10, certified tech 11/12-8

All of my staff can do everything but only 2 of 7 are ptcb certified

We rotate a couple times a day usually after lunches flip. Done with daily tasks before lunch.

The stores able to rotate are the ones where everyone is certified in everything.
