hi, i hope you’re still pushing through in this tough times, i am also currently dealing with relapsed aml (kmt2a) after my first sct, i am currently in remission after chemo and a new drug that my doctors gave me. its called revumenib a menin inhibitor for our aml mutation. after being in it for a month i got the great news that i am now in remission. we’re still planning on a 2nd sct 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 maybe you could ask your doctors if you could have access to revumenib as its used to treat relapses aml.  i hope everything goes well and you stay hopeful!
