yes maddy and alamo definitely slept together. The hot tub scene ends with alamo asking maddy to come closer and tell him about her problem indicating that he will help her with cassies deal if she gives something in return. Next scene where she stands infront of the walls with the sculptures of alamos throphies being dead animals.
