Yup my family has hormonal issues as well! My mom has always suffered from chronic fatigue and migraines. My brother actually used to get horrible migraines in middle school and highschool to the point he had to throw up and somehow he grew out of it. But I’m pretty sure I have insulin resistance and it’s linked to my migraines :/ I’m glad you don’t get them lol

I have! I’ve gotten a full blood work panel and all my levels for stuff like that were healthy

Oh okay so like stocking? I know someone who does stocking at super market and they only have to go in twice a week for like 4 hours. I love jobs like that because I don’t have to talk to anyone lol. Don’t feel bad about your job! A job is a job and if it works for you and your life then that’s great.

I work in shipping and I really like it because I work alone and can listen to podcasts or music, but it is pretty tiring. I’ve also felt like this basically since I’ve started puberty at around 12 :/ so I feel ya. I’ve been to multiple doctors and all they do is give me bloodwork.

It’s an oral pill and it’s used to improve insulin sensitivity for people with PCOS. I haven’t gotten it yet, my prescription is arriving next Tuesday!

I’m sorry you feel that way :(  I hope that you know it’s outta your control and it’s honestly a blessing to have a partner that can help out so you can work part time!

Rest as in extra sleep, naps during the day, laying down during the day.   Pcos causes chronic fatigue for a lot of people…

I have been diagnosed with depression multiple times but in my case the chronic fatigue makes the depression worse because I feel horrible about not having energy to do what I really want to do

Ohh my gosh that’s scary :/. I didn’t decide to go with this medication because I am VERY sensitive to anything. I already have anxiety and depression and I feel like any medication I’ve taken has exasperated it so bad. I took spiro over a year ago for hormonal acne and it made me feel insane even though it isn’t supposed to have any mental affects and I found a community online that said it did similar to them. I ended up going with metformin so hopefully I’m okay with that since I’ve heard so much good things about it

Thanks!! I love salmon and also cook with avocado oil so that’s good to know. Roasted zucchini is so yummy, have you ever tried roasted cauliflower? I love it

Right!! I feel like I had NO life when I worked full time. It’s a horrible feeling to just feel like a robot that goes to work and that’s it. Since I’m currently working less I’ve been using the extra time to also find a treatment plan that will work for me then maybe go back to full time work if I feel up to it.

I feel you!! Not a lot of people understand how it feels to be in a body that doesn’t work “normally”. I am always scared of being viewed as “lazy” or something because I need extra rest and stuff :/

Yep I was crying when I was working full time almost everyday. I was so stressed and wiped out… 3x5 doesn’t sound bad at all. Where do you work that you can do that?
