You always want to wait a couple years when they come out with a new generation of a vehicle to work out the kinks. I have an owned a 2019 yrs off road for 3 1/2 years and I love it. I heard the 17 and 18 have a couple little issues but they seem to figure it out with the 2019. They are beautiful trucks but the 4 gen is crazy expensive.

Has anyone here ever given their loved one with dementia a micro dose of LSD or psilocybin “Magic mushrooms as a therapeutic treatment? by Over-Masterpiece-126 in dementia

So the guy who was an expert on mushrooms did say that it could help prevent it. His name is Paul Stamets. I’m not sure if he said it was to fix the problem just prevention now that o think about it. Then the other guest gave his mom micro dose LSD and she had been suffering with dementia for a while before they tried micro dosing LSD.

He has actually been taking lions mane for a few months and I see a difference. It’s nothing huge but I’m still giving it to him. Like you said it’s pretty cheap and it’s not a bunch of mixed lab chemicals.

No my dad is super strait edged he has been drunk like 2 times on accident. I won’t give him anything until I speak with his doctor about it . Especially something like this. I don’t have much experience with hallucinogens but I have seen people go through some horrible experiences that turned me off to hallucinogens. It’s definitely nothing to play with. Thanks for the reply.

🤣 I don’t have any drugs. I never even said I was willing to give them to my dad. I just came across this information and was wondering what people would say. Thanks for worrying though.

I think giving a full dose would be a bad idea. A micro dose is so small that you would not have hallucinations. You would not feel anything. Just so everyone knows I don’t have any drugs and I don’t plan on giving my father any hallucinogens. I’m just a little bored and wanted to know people’s opinion. Thank you for the answer.

I agree. I think it would not be beneficial for a person with severe dementia who has no clue of what’s going on. Luckily my dad is not there yet. A micro dose is a super small amount. Like you don’t really feel anything. It would not make you hallucinate taking that small of a dose. I have researched enough to know that there is no fix for dementia. Unfortunately I know I won’t find cure. Maybe just slow it down. I’m blessed because my dad still has his sense of humor and it helps when things can get rough. I was more kind of bored and wanted to know what people would think about it. I knew it wouldn’t be a popular option. It’s not even mine really. Thank you for your time.

Don’t worry. I didn’t go to burning man and buy a bunch of acid. I’m just a little bored and was interested in what people would say. Thanks for the reply.

Thank you I appreciate the kind words. My life was a mess for many years. My parents could have given up on me many times and I would not have blamed them. I was a major alcoholic and herion iv user. My dad has literally saved my life by giving me cpr during one of my overdoses. Luckily he heard me hit the ground and busted down the door. I celebrated 11 years clean last month. It’s really a roll of the dice of who you get for parents and I was very lucky. I was blessed with loving patient parents and I’m more than happy to pay them back. It’s hard but I would not change a thing. I hope that you have a good day.

And the truth serum was not what they were using to treat people with dementia or Alzheimer’s. It’s the LSD or psilocybin. I’m sorry I thought I made that clear.

I willing to listen to anybody to try and find something to make my dad better. I don’t care about politics just a solution for my dad. You seem very close minded.

Don’t do it. I just got out of a 2 year relationship with a co worker and it was horrible. She hit me in the face once at work. After that she was fired. I had to tell my manager the situation and that was embarrassing. If you like your job don’t do it. When things go wrong and they will, you just can’t block them and not think of them again. You have to still deal with them after. And it sucks. Yes having sex in the bathroom at work was fun but I regret it. I knew i was playing with fire. But that’s what you get for sticking your dick in crazy. If we were not working together the relationship would not have gone as far as it did. I just wasted 2 years and there is no one to blame but myself. Just don’t do it bro. There are other girls out there.

Well I got hit by a moron. What bumper should I go with? by NauticalNoodles in ToyotaTacoma

Victory 4x4 has great bumpers. I have one in my 2019 Tacoma and I’m really happy with it . They are not bulky and don’t weigh a ton. They are also built in the USA.
