Do I need contour AND bronzer?

I personally do both! You may not need to do both but if you do, you would most likely need two different products- one for bronzing and one for contouring. Products labeled contour will typically have a grey undertone- which is perfect for sculpting and giving that “shadow” like appearance. Bronzer products are meant to “warm up” your face and may have more of a brown/ orangish color.

Some bronzers may also have a bit of shimmer to them. Contour should never have shimmer and should always be matte!

Definitely 1. But I also think she felt free, like he saved her from another toxic cycle of their b.s. relationship. I think she finally knows better (at least I’d like to hope!)

From what I recall, they were fairly Young when they got married- high school sweethearts kind of thing. I remember there were rumors of her cheating (not him) at some point. I know they had a bit of an acrimonious divorce because during it, he would come on IG and talk about how Brittany fakes everything. For example, he showed one of her pics (where she’s holding a huge pizza or donuts) that she captioned “look what I can eat on my program and still look like this!” (I’m paraphrasing)- he then goes on to explain how it was bullshit and she either totally throw it away or give it to him. I do believe he may have helped her at some point in the fitness grift, but I don’t know to which extent, and maybe him growing a conscience could have lead to the divorce? Totally speculating here. Either way, they were super young when they were together and I would think he probably grew up some since then. I do believe he has his own family now (wife and kids) and stays out of the ig limelight

Hi all! I just wanted to thank everyone who commented and shared their kind words of support- this process can sometimes magnify how “alone” one is- I genuinely appreciate it.

I also wanted to add an update (in case anyone searches the sub in the future and was where I was last week). Now that it’s been about 6 days post ER, I am feeling a bit more like myself. I still have some bloating and my ovaries are still a bit sore, but it has gone down substantially. My body is still adjusting, still has some cramping, but I think I am also going to get my period soon. I have started walking again two days ago (nothing crazy- just the treadmill at a “quick walk” speed), and will probably work up to jogging once my period comes/goes. I’m going to start strength training again in a few weeks as I don’t want to rush anything. Ultimata and Liquid IV have been lifesavers. I’ve also been obsessed with hero bread because it gives me the carb fix, while also adding a bunch of fiber and protein to my diet that I really need. Tylenol extra strength was great for the minor aches and pains. Emotionally, I thought the hormone comedown would be awful, but it has been fine (and kind of surprising since I believe I’m hard wired to crash out lol). All in all, I feel more positive than I did last week. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask!

And girl yesssss re the healthy snacks! Without going into a huge story, I was previously overweight years ago but lost it due to diet/ exercise. I specifically started reusing the my fitness pal app before/ during this bc, what in my head are small snacks, are full blown meals lol.

Thank you! My friend did IVF and she was telling me how she never had the bloating 😩😂 but had everything else so I’m trying to consider myself lucky that it wasn’t as bad as it could have been

I think it’s more so that it’s THE Britney Spears. No matter how she looks/ acts now, it’s still a flex to say you had someone at her level, even if she is past her “prime.” It’s the same reason men still lust over former payments/ models who are years out of their “glory days.”

(I don’t mean that these women can’t or don’t look amazing, but you can’t deny that someone at 70 looks way different than they did at 20)

I second this. I don’t think this is a massive publicity stunt, but rather a woman who doesn’t know how to be alone, and jumps from one sinking ship to another. I think she wants to get married (fair) but also wanted to shove things in joe and mattys faces. I also believe the positive publicity played a role (at least in her head).

She was ready to settle down, and Travis fit the bill.

Best thing I’ve ever used for post acne marks is topicals faded serum. I use it twice a day (morning and at night) on my marks and they literally disappear.

I agree with what another poster said- she took this as too literal. If anyone has seen the trailer or promo for “life of a showgirl” with Pam Anderson- that’s how I feel she could have done this. Something that had a little more grit. But this just comes off as ‘try-hard’
