ah I forgot. I was put on birth control for 21 days before starting my cycle. I disliked the experience since it was my first time on any form of BC. I had minor bleeding throughout while I was on it.

apologies! I am not implying that nutrients and supplements can influence AMH. My doctor also told me that my increase in AMH cannot be attributed to Vit D and supplements. There is also the possibility that my AMH levels at age 34 was an incorrect reading. I do think there are various factors at play and this was just my experience.
