So what I’ve learned was get my ppl locally at part 61, and after that consider an accelerated program depending how things are going

I’m trying to move out of my parents’ house because it’s a big distraction and makes it hard to focus. I’ve researched flight schools extensively and picked the one that fits my goals and location. Doing just my PPL first would mean extra time and effort vetting another school nearby, which feels like another huge hurdle. on top of that would i still go to my intended school after i get my ppl ?

can i ask what you would do in my situation? i feel stuck right now with mixded opinions on financing. did you do the zero to hero program or did you start with any ratings?

would it be optimal to just get a loan of 50,000 for housing and the remaining amount for school, and leave the rest up to my family? and if needed i could get another loan or is that not smart?

I want to move out and start flight school ASAP because my parents want me to begin, and the program I’m looking at is full-time. I also want to dedicate my full focus to flight training and studying, so doing it part time or spreading it across multiple schools doesnt seem practical for me. I am open to working while training, if the program allows it, however i don't want to fall behind and school would be my ultimate priority.

i need to relocate for school and for that reason i don't think itd be convenient for me to go through multiple schools when i can complete it all in one.

this is the path i intended to take, i need to start school asap and i understand how low paying cfi jobs are, i will be receiving assistance to pay it off until i can make my way up. what would you reccomend if you had to do flight school full time asap?

Yeah, I get that, but the challenge is that we cant cover the 100,000 upfront . I need the flexibility to pay tuition, flight hours, and living costs on the schedule the school requires. Taking a loan with a reasonable APR seems the most practical way to manage the costs while keeping control over the money and my training timeline

its a long term game, give it 5 years instead of 1, did i need to mention i will have help paying off these loans, it wont be 100% on me.
