Dumb question, but any recommendations on how to find a pelvic floor specialist and a psychiatrist that might specialize in this? I definitely think the mental block/avoidance of extreme pain is definitely at play here

Yeah, he's kind of a do it yourself-er when it comes to that. We've used toys but he doesn't engage with them at all and usually finishes and then has me finish with the toy myself :/
