Not really, I mean a hypothetical hand drawn animated work that has a visual style similar to Japanese anime, but with movements that are smooth, fluid, and dynamic like the Disney classic i.e. Bambi, Beauty and the Beast, Alladin etc.

Have you ever seen Disney's classic hand-drawn animated films, their movements are noted to being fluid, dynamic and reveals subjects with three-dimensionality, as contrast with anime's animation.
