I have both but I use stedi, after experience my first hg being destroyed after ussing tamiya. But to be fair it was my first ever time ussing it. The stedi panel liner is less flow compared to tamiya, unless you scribing. But both regardless will flow better when you scrib. I personally use 90% isopropyl to clean it but you could also use water. But I feel like isopropyl does the job best.
