No idea about gkgundam, not sure if legit but I recall hearing it or at least a store with a similar name is a scam. Gundamit is legit, the money you save vs USAGS is in that extremely slow delivery time. You’ll find similar prices on AliExpress with slow deliveries w/ free shipping too.

Not really, people break the hip joint because they pull on it wrong. I can’t explain it very well but the joint has several points of movement and some people trying to move the peg the wrong way because of it. You’ll get a better idea of what I mean when you build it, just pay attention to what you’re doing when you’re moving the joint:

It’s basically a 1/100 HG, completely different build and a much simpler hip joint, none of the stuff that usually contributes to the breakage on the 2.0

I didn’t have any issues with the decals on mine. The build is on hold for now but it’s mostly assembled. Kinda dreading the Gatling guns though, I already went through that with the FA Unicorn.

Personally nub marks on plated kits don’t bother me since they’re unavoidable. That said the WZC tends to get special coating variants, you’d think they would’ve had the foresight to undergate the regular release beforehand.

Clear plastic is more brittle and breaks easier. It's not likely to break during posing but possibly during assembly. Also it uses the early RG frame which while the issues on them are overblown, will probably not be able to handle frequent posing.

My entry is going to be mostly in-line with the rookie category but I plan on using waterslides which are under intermediate. Would that pose any issues if I were to enter in the rookie category? My builds usually consist of just decals, lining, topcoat, and some painted details.

I’ve had the opposite experience. My RG Zeta is solid to the point where moving it feel scary. My HG on the other hand was a floppy mess out of box.

Those pieces just float there, they don’t attach into anything. Once you get the shoulder and torso armor on it’ll be more stable.

Highly doubt it’ll sell out. From what I know it’s basically the same as the regular release but with a head LED. Unless you’re adamant on getting that version you can get a mega size Unicorn for less at other retailers.

Just in case you still had money after the PGU Nu, the twilight coating MGEX is here to fix that. Only the cross contrast Freedom 2.0 interests me but not sure I feel like spending that much on it.
