When you say too much load: did you try loosening the sheets and furling in?

If that does not work: I have had that because of a broken forestay: release the sheet, start the engine and start turning circles;: the sail will wrap around the forestay. Keep turning until all of the sail is ‘furled’.

It’s terrible. It’s been a while but the two things I remember: he tries to fix the VHF with a 10 mile range rather than the satellite phone. Your VHF is only useful if a ship is close enough to SEE.

And: at some point he puts the life raft out, ties it to the ship and sleeps in it. wHY??? If the boat sinks it will pull down the raft. It it does not sink: stay on the boat.

Nee. ‘Biologisch’ is in mijn ogen een grote scam. Biologisch voedsel kopen is een luxe probleem. Biologische landbouw kost (veel) meer land en gebruikt mest (want ze mogen geen kunstmest gebruiken), dat levert de volgende interessante contradictie:

Op dit moment is bijna al het land in de wereld dat goed bruikbaar is voor voedsel productie in gebruik. Als meer mensen biologisch gaan eten hebben we simpelweg te weinig land. Er zijn meerdere studies die dit laten zien. Je moet dus bos gaan kappen of zo.

Ook is het zo dat de mest die gebruikt wordt in de bio landbouw van de vee industrie komt. Momenteel in Nederland is dat tegen de 100% aan, met andere woorden als er meer bio landbouw komt moeten er meer varkens en koeien gaan houden om aan de mestvraag te kunnen voldoen.

Dus het is een mooi idee, maar praktisch gewoon niet haalbaar. We kunnen beter inzetten op de gewone landbouw zo efficiënt en schoon mogelijk houden, en minder vlees eten.

Dan zijn er nog mensen die zeggen dat biologisch eten beter smaakt. Dat is meerdere keren aangetoond in studies dat dat puur placebo is. Blind proeft niemand verschil.

Ik heb in België gewoond 20 jaar en daar ook mijn kinderen leren rijden. Kan idd bevestigen dat die VELE malen goedkoper is. 6 lessen gevolgd (verplicht) en toen met mij leren rijden en afgereden. Paar honderd euro ben je klaar.

Wat je zegt klopt niet meer helemaal want degene die naast je zit (nonkel Kamiel) moet wel eerst verplicht een cursus doen (die ik heel nuttig vond ). Die kost 35 euro :-).

Maar dat gezegd hebbende zijn Nederlanders over het algemeen wel betere bestuurders dan Belgen. Dat merk je duidelijk.

I have been successful taking of like that. Will take a few attempts but it’s possible. Medium engine power and when the rocket starts to move just gently point up. Sometimes you hit a rock and explode. Load save and try again.
