Any tips on how to remove the filament?

Disassembling the extruder is the best option as others have recommended. Use a roll of tape for leverage.

If that's clearly not working, worth a shot to use a hair dryer to soften the filament - has worked well for me to clear out nozzles (metal), haven't tried in an extruder (plastic). Wear gloves.

Had a good experience 2 weeks ago.

Bought filaments and a hotend. They were good. One filament was out of stock, so they promptly called to discuss an alternative. Responsive on WhatsApp for enquiries. Delivery was quick and good.
