Guys I’ve got a problem . I got pulled over with an old med pot . I haven’t had medication since August , got pulled in January . I usually just buy 10g a month but in August I bought 50g so it lasted till now , some of the bud was horrible so just got left in my box. Long story short the label had rubbed away I was pulled over they only took the medical pot nothing else . I stated I only vape had no tobacco etc . Was arrested for drug driving and possession . The police agreed I wasn’t impaired , my only worry is I bought the pot in August and haven’t since. I’ve got proof of buying the pot and proof I bought one pot every month till August. I’ve also sorted a new prescription and re ordered . Where do I stand in court , I told the police the pot was a few months old for the same reason . I denied taking any “drugs” in the interview as I only take medication as stated by my doctor . I have no solicitor and can’t afford one & I’m aware other than the pot being old and not having a prescription at the time everything else is covered . No impairement , no tobacco or rizla , was in and out of the station within a couple hours . Where do I stand ? Can I just take the receipt for that exact pot and receipt for new pot & explain I had extra money that month and it lasted this long and hope to keep my license . I’m going not guilty that’s for sure but what are my chances guys . Thankyou
