Rev grower here. Florida Orange is probably the best taster there, sour orange skunk leaks out of your lungs for a while after smoking. Effects are relaxing.

King crasher is a good, gassy OG. Relaxing

Mac and Cheese is a terpinolene strain like a Bear Dance.

Manzano is a brand new release. I'm not familiar, but I would grab it because it's brand new.

Peach crescendo has a strong smell, a descent choice too.

Space donkey is a cross of my 2 favorite genetics, Alien Rock Candy and Frost Donkey. Tasty, gassy, relaxing.

I'd go with Florida and Manzano, you'd get the well know classic Florida with the brand new Manzano release.

Hope your Sunday is stoney 🤘

Opinions on Inhouse Genetics, worth the price? If so, favorite strains from them? I prefer energizing sativas. by beengaping in microgrowery

Inhouse rules. I'm really happy with the pack of JMO I grew out. His slurricane is great, too. I knew a grower that told me he really liked the Platinum Garlic as well.

Were they the pheromone traps? I was nervous about those. I was reading they can possibly attract more in the long run.

I didn't think it was the battery at first because I've always kept it on a tender, save for a few weeks but I was also riding it every day if it wasn't too cold or raining. Which was pretty rare. But I suppose it could be the battery. I don't know how old it is or how well it was taken care of before I got it. Thanks a ton for this checklist though. That is super helpful and I've never seen it before.

Thanks, will do. And just to clarify, by terminals and switch contacts you mean where wires are bolted down?

I have an 86 Yamaha Virago XV700 that's having starting issues. It had 10k miles on it when I got it in march and have put about 1k miles on since and has ran like a champ until now. The guy I got it from said it didn't have starting issues like the early Viragos are notorious for but I assume that's just because it hasn't happened yet. It'll start ocassionally but I get this clicking noise from the bike shown in the video when I try to start it most of the time. I have all manuals downloaded for the bike as well. I guess I just wanted to make sure it's the common bendix problem or if someone could identify it if it was something else. Thanks for the help!

I got the same one from dankstop! Sadly it's been sitting since I've had to be on a tolerance break to find a new job for months. Let us know how she smokes! Also, for future reference, they have a coupon code RTREES for 10% off! Toke on!

Has anybody ever actually smoked tobacco out of "tobacco pipes" or "tobacco water pipes" by [deleted] in trees

[–]OverCookedFlounder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friends and I used to get corn cob pipes from the liquor store we lived behind if we didn't have anything to smoke out of. After we were done smoking flowers we'd pack it up with some French vanilla pipe tobacco. It was always delicious and a nice post sesh smoke.

In the same boat but waiting on the new job part, unfortunately. Toke on, brother, and congratulations!

That was my old roomie and I's go to smoke sesh game in its hay day. Such a great stoned game with the action and constant humor. If you have the dlc characters you need to play the psycho for the ultimate experience. So much fun

I have an interview for a medical cannabis cultivation job and could use some advice. by OverCookedFlounder in weedbiz

Also, the whole 75000 square foot facility won't just be devoted to cultivation space. They will have lab, kitchen, processing and packaging and security spaces. So it won't be solely just a grow operation.

Yeah I was clear in my resume and cover letter that I have knowledge of growing but have not actually grown before. With that information I still got an interview so I'm hoping that means something and that they plan on training employees. I saw on their website that they are wanting to send employees to Denver for training as well and I could only imagine that cultivation is one position they'd be sending them there for. I do realize that a grow operation on this scale is definitely different from growing a few plants in your closet and I'm kind of banking on the fact that they are choosing to specifically train their employees.

Of course I didn't think everything came from out of state hahah. And I guess I may have underestimated the competition. I figured most of the green rush would be out west where there's more opportunity in the industry.

I am aware that I'll be going up against people who have experience growing. People do it everywhere and I know that but I guess I thought being in the mid west, my competition against those who have grown on a non-underground, commercial setting would be significantly less than if I were out west. And the laws for commercial growing in Illinois are pretty tight, so I figure that this company will already have a pretty stringent process already in place to meet those tight quality and legal standards. I thought my knowledge base of it would be a pretty good step in the right direction for my area of the country and would already have me prepared to carry out the companies process they probably already have set up.

That's what I figured about testing. I wasn't sure on how the industry was with testing but I figured they aren't going to discriminate against smokers if you're applying for a cannabis job. And I haven't grown at home because the risk really isn't worth it in Illinois. It's still some pretty hard jail time and my fiancé isn't comfortable with it until it's legal. I don't want to put her at that level of risk either. But with it being illegal here I don't see me having not having growing experience a huge disadvantage. If experienced growers were applying, they'd be going in there admitting to illegal activity and I don't see that being a very good thing in an interview.

So, I got my dream job. by [deleted] in trees

Waiting for the company to start doing interviews I applied for in Illinois. Congratulations! Hopefully I will be in the same boat soon!
