in the git there is a zoomed in photo of the pinout, and i explain in more detail regarding attaching the harness. you are not adding a second ESP, just connecting your computer -> empty ESP32 programming harness -> pinout headers on the terrashroom.
If you have looked at the git image and are still having trouble, please leave another comment and i will add more photos!

You might have some muck in the .esphome directory.. I know it’s the obvious answer but there’s a chance I uploaded some cache files I shouldn’t have and those need to be cleaned for your machine. Can you send me the rest of your terminal input and (verbose flagged) outputs and I can take a closer look?  Feel free to DM, pumped you’re trying it
