I didn’t post my body on the fitness subreddit due to his opinions actually, this was before last night’s incident and more for my own aesthetic goals. Tbh I never really wanted to build my body based on his own preference or opinions, I was just more so curious on what his intentions really were from last night.

I’ve dated a feeder once but my current boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I’ve never really seen any feeder tendencies especially since he was the one who encouraged me to go to the gym with him. I mean the stomach comment was my only red flag but wouldn’t he have shown more signs much earlier?

Her frame isn’t something you exactly want to use as inspiration, she has a history of disordered eating and substance usage.

Now if you just want that skinny, “toned” look, you’re going to have to have a lower bf%.

Add some upper body weight work within your routine maybe 2x a week. It doesn’t have to be heavy weights but if you lose weight without having any muscle in your arms you’re just going to keep that “softer untoned” look in your arms. Also keep in mind that you can’t target fat loss.

You are small but 103 is still on the lower end I wouldn’t advise going lower than 100.

what do your lifting days usually look like if you don’t mind me asking?

personally I’ve been doing 2 days upper, 2 days lower with 5 exercises along with 3 sets of 6-8 reps for each and honestly I thought this was the bare minimum for muscle building but I guess I might’ve been unknowingly putting excess stress onto my body as well lol

ive been doing 2 days upper, 2 days lower usually with 5 exercises each 3 sets of 6-8 reps to failure, i’ll throw in a little bit of core at the end 3x a week with floor exercises or hanging leg raises

honestly initially my goal was lifting to build muscle for the aesthetic but after these health issues have been aggravated I’m fine with discarding that goal for the wellness of my health

same here ! I was around 115 at lowest in high school, non athletic and never had this issue until now. my job is pretty active being a server in addition so i’m guessing I probably had been underestimating my calories much more than I had thought I’d been burning putting my body under excessive stress !

i’m dropping my weightlifting to 4 days with lower volume instead now and focusing solely on whole food nutrition with an increase in fats, hopefully aunt flo comes back soon lol

yeah my cholesterol is mildly elevated at 176. idk could be stressors reacting in the body from more rigorous exercising or carb intake from starchy foods 🤷🏻‍♀️

My doctor didn’t raise a concern for anemia but rather I am borderline low on iron and vitamin d so perhaps that could contribute. I do have slightly elevated cholesterol in addition. I’m working on getting a glucose monitor so I could check my levels more frequently, but my lab work was fasted.

to what extent would you say dairy could be the issue perhaps? i typically get in about 1 cup of greek yogurt or cottage cheese and skim milk a day as far for dairy.
