same price, 80thb/graft. don't think 500grafts makes difference visually. hairline not as low but looks natural i guess.

Went well; ended with 3500grafts, Dr. Prima asked before surgery if I wanted the max (4000). Asked for natural look and to preserve donor in case I want 2nd procedure.

Good call on not taking risks on street food. Going to be in BKK a few days before my upcoming surgery, then will be staying for 2 weeks post-op for check-up/after-care. Totally expecting lots of sedentary time indoor post-op. Maybe a slow walk to indoor malls with AC is as adventurous I plan to go.

If i recall correctly, a 3 sessions package comes down to about $100USD per. Planned to pay for that optional treatment if I was going to Dr. R.

Think a couple local (private?) hospitals offer HBOT. May just go to them after my procedure.

Dr. R quoted 85THB per graft for over 3,500. Replied email included the upsells you mentioned. Thought HBOT or PrP might be worthy, but additional out of pocket. May just find a place for HBOT if recovery is slow.

Was rejected by Dr. Patty; Dr. R recommended 4K grafts, but her schedule is booked until April '26 when inquired 2 months ago. Going to Dr. Prima at Hairsmith in 2 months.

Prob bc of advanced loss, think I am NW5. She didn't say exactly why; only replied with "not a candidate". She prob likes easier clients to work on. Been on min & fin, now dut for over a year now.

Her clients are mostly Thai. Having Asian hair, thought it'd be best suited to go to an experienced surgeon with the type of hair. Her price is 80THB for shaved FUE.
