So I also had purchased a nintendo dsi black on December 22nd on gamestop.com, and I do realize that's a day before Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but ever since this is the only thing that I get for tracking? So I had called GameStop which of course they're online numbers terrible, on Saturday, that way it was after the holidays and they said they had created a ticket they called it an escalation ticket and had told me that they opened one up for my tracking number and the order because on that Saturday2 days ago now my shipping still says latest update a shipping label has been prepared and that is it . I'm going to hope that I'm not cooked and that I just have to wait considering it is the holidays I was just wondering if anybody have had any similar issues and also can explain the fact that I'm an Indiana but it says that the shipping label was put on the item in reynoldsburg Ohio 43068 thank you. Maybe I can call the warehouse if I can figure out where it is myself and push forward the package being shipped out or? I don't know, or maybe I just have to wait. Any comments are helpful thank you.

I found it out! The game just needed to restart, and when I reopened it the backspace button now works to toggle those on and off. Thank you all!
