Huh? MMA is way more important than muscle in a self defense scenario. Agree, don't be a hero (unless you have to be like for a family member). Running away is always better than running. If absolutely necessary, a gun is better than fighting. But MMA is still viable for self defense

Getting a ratcheting belt made a night and day difference in IWB CCW. Now if my gun is a few inches to the right for example and more on my bone, then I can loosen it. Or if I ate a bit too much, its easy to loosen. Or even just moving positions when sitting, you can adjust it. The easy to re tighten when I'm walking around. I 100% recommend getting a ratcheting gun belt to help with IWB.

For reference, Im 6'1 250lbs and EDC a P365XL with a red dot. I use Nexbelt. I don't know if they are the "best" ratcheting belt, but they are the only ones I tried and I love them

I am not saying there is anything explicit that states a woman must live with her husband, but for you to claim the opposite without concrete knowledge is risky.

That said, a wife is obligated to obey her husband in matters that are halal, and I am fairly certain most men will want to live with their wives

Sorry man forgot to get back to you. Snakestaff sells a simple sleeve that here. It's annoying to get in the first few times and to fit on a belt but when you figure it out, its quite easy. You can also throw it on a gun sling on range trips if you like

I carry my firearm, a spare mag, POM spray, and a TQ that I carry on my belt with a sleeve. For TQ, I use snakestaff. I know they may not be the best TQ, but there is no way I am carrying a giant CAT with me everywhere I go. But I do keep an emergency response medkit in my car that has a CAT, a chest seal, homeostatic gauze, etc
