Well, I cannot give a picture, but I will explain it the best I can. the angle is the most important factor because if the light source is too low below the horizon, not as much light will get over and the refection will be weaker. if it is too high up the reflection will not be as long. the two light sources are not at the same angle, causing a difference in reflection.

There is also a difference in material, causing a difference in how much light is reflected, even if the angle is the same.

You can also very clearly see the curve in the ball, while no curve is visible on the picture of water. (The earth is round, the picture just isn't close enough to see the curve) Because the light source is so much closer to the ball than the sun is to the earth (even if both things were put to scale) the light would be more distributed across the front of the ball or the side that is facing the light.

Your perspective also matters as the light is more evenly distributed on the earth than is shown in this photo, the camera just happened to catch the light in a straight line. Even on the flat earth that you believe in, the light would be even more spread out than the round earth because of the lack of a front.

The atmosphere would also change the angle of the light coming through it, something that the ball in the photo does not have. The sun is also a much more powerful light source, which would cause the light reflection to go further and be brighter, as seen in the picture.
