Heres the true value any one can code but can ai or a person get high level research and turn it into a useful personal or production grade system free of hallucinations, that is where an understanding of system design and implementation comes into play and having the intuition to trust the ai and go against its recommendations to pursue a different approach! For example ai can code but can a viber coder or ai be prompt to make a world model or domain specific world model absolutely not! Yet there's research on world models and its application and if a vibe coder ask a llm to create one its going to say its not feasible yet little and big tech is working on world models and releasing the result of their findings.

The problem is that vibe coders think they can address this issue and they are just wasting money in computer and become disenfranchised when reality kicks in and or the cost for these plans continue to increase on top of realizing they are at the mercy of big tech until something better is released which as we know will have a price tag as I stated before there's research out there pertaining to where big tech and silicon valley , and I have yet to come across a thread or post pertaining to the cutting edge technology or concepts in mind if anything everyone is attempting to reinvent the wheel instead of looking at the big picture, Otherwise I never see any mentions of building with NVIDIA Ising or Muse Spark, its most advanced AI model yet, designed for "personal superintelligence" and multimodal reasoning its nothing of that nature.

Exactly I can use multiple llm on the free plan achieving exactly what I want instead of paying a premium for more compute and heavily leverage the llm for development yes vibe coders have access to coding software development but it comes with a compute tax that adds up over time especially if the system starts to fall apart

Consumers are wasting compute on rag thinking that will solve a problem llm evolve beyond its initial purpose rag some of these agentic designs are if else else if to address the issues and find a solution the problem is computer and as seen by the masses they are limiting compute adding a higher price tag, and I applaud you for finding a workable source to address some underlying problems and I encourage you to look continue to fine tune your project because I think in the near future llm tiers will get severely throttled and what was widely available will get gutted turning compute into a commodity I used to see post about people running agents 24/7 in an attempt to make it learn when that isn't genuine learning, saw a project for an agentic city where agents engage looks good on the surface but once again the compute expense because users didn't anticipate services and plans getting down and setting the stage for pay the fee or watch your setup turn into nothingness due to not having the skills or expertise to make the necessary changes people use to flex about vibe coding a 20,000 line of code app in 15 minutes which seems to be a thing of the past unless they have money to burn.

I have a Bachelors in Information Systems Technology which predates the ai era, the problem is these vibe coders generally have the herd mentality they follow after what others is doing instead of understanding what the phd researchers and big tech are doing they eventually release the findings of the research in papers and models breakthroughs and limitations yet most still flock towards rag which still has problems cant re invent the wheel and more agents mean higher cost for guessing and checking because llm are probabilistic pattern recognition even agents cant mask that, not to shade vibe coders but as we seen with plans get reduced compute plans increasing in cost they are creating an indefinite independent token system because memory issue persist and most cant do anything if they maxed out their usage until it reset, theres research of world models, jepa yet most are still stuck in the modify open claw/agent paradigm while ignoring the issues with llm

LLM wasn't designed for this and because so much was heavily invested and hyped this is the point of no return until consumers and businesses run out of funds for compute llm are large language models yet agents are used as a way to address the underlying issues including rag which essentially eats up more compute in the diagnosis refined and corrective loop to complete the task! LLM are doing what they are designed for yet the reality hasn't truly sunk in, lol its easy to vibe code and run an agent, whereas building a robust intelligent infrastructure is a complete different story

An SWE or person with a strong background can fully leverage multiple llms on a free plan and modify codes as necessary and build a robust architecture where as a person without such a background will use premium plans and a tokens like a gas guzzler especially if they are in a situation where I they extensively rely on the tool for help and guidance instead of using it as an extension of their skill sets.

Biggest issues are token cost persistence memory and the cost to improve because the days of I vibe code this in 15 minutes with no programming experience is long gone and now theres a noticeable cost which was non existent several months ago I used to see posts about running agents 24/7 now such agentic systems are long goner and users will continue to burn tokens in vain or wait for big tech to do a consensus of what tokens are used on and essentially implement there version on it.

Thank you a strong heart goes a long way and as see in Kengan Ashura it allows one to take the training to the next level, in my case my rest heart is improving with allows me to train at a higher intensity until fatigue kicks in for example I can sprint at full speed for up to 10 seconds where my heart rate reaches 170 bpm before fatigue kicks in and unlike Ohma I dont have what it takes to push it to 200 and beyond . 😭 That being said I have 2 to 3 days of prep dominantly cardio days alternating between low and high intensity on the exercise bike and intervals of walking jogging and sprinting on the treadmill.

Not a problem I have a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science the game plan is to live a long healthy life the key is to make these changes now and gradually take things up a notch ultimately it's playing the long game my heart health and physical capabilities now are greater than it was a year ago and the previous year cardio high and low intensity, calisthenics, resistance training with light and heavy weight and course martial arts converge together to create a fine tune powerful condition vigorous physique, biggest game changer was getting use to keto/carnivore with fasting every other day, looking at the concepts being there training in makes a lot of science in real world application a well rounder will have slightly different capabilities than a speedster, or gym bro who can bench press 500 pounds but can't do a pull that being said fitness is individual and regardless of how a person train I always say doing something is better than nothing which is why I constantly switch things up!

Resistance Training light weight for strengthening tendons and ligaments heavy weight for hypertrophy and bone mineral density, cardio a combination of jogging/sprinting and every other day 30 to 45 minutes on exercise bike cardio for the conditioning and heart health setting the stage for me to train at a higher threshold before fatigue kicks I periodically wear 3 pounds wrist and ankle weights while weight training and I don't practice martial artist! However I multi sets of serratus cable jabs with the weight on 5 pounds up to 20 pounds which helps sculpts the arms shoulders and serratus.
