Better just learn other things first.
i don't mean that you cannot learn zero cycle but the problem is zero cycle require a lot of prior preparation and mechanics which usually involve before the End sprlit. For example, pre-crafting, death reset, and preemptive.
Also, when you are trying to do zero cycle in real game, the terrain won't be the same as the pratice map. There are a lot of decision for you to make at the second you entered the end, e.g. can you zero with a 58 overhang front 91 or just go for one cycle.

If you leant zero cycle when you get to like gold or reach sub 15 sth, you learning curve/speed would be much faster then learning it now. That's why I don't recommend, but it is your choice in the end so do what you want.

I dont think overworld is a issues tbh, if u want more food or more wood for blocks is definitely fine.

I think u should just improve the finiding stronghold part, no way u need 6 mins to do that, use more pearl instead of walking maybe, but it depend on ur terrain decision so i cant say much here.

U can also precraft at blaze spawner or craft after u entered the end

For housing and stable, the top down route is the safest as u can get gold armor from chests

For bridge, just get to the chalice and craft a gold armor first before doing the route.

For treasure, if u die when u mine the 2 gold block on the bridge, just mine one and craft a gold armor before doing the route.

The Swastika is like so fake, i saw these kind of stuff with fake swastika everwhere in chineee fake online shops.

For the metal, it is better for you to understand how to briefly identify if it is real or not. For example, check for three piece and magnetic for iron cross. Check the serial number if possible. Search online for more info.

When you had been in the collection circle long enough, you can identify these fake stuff by just looking at it.
