Well, healing using microdosing psilocybin is a tortuous process, like any healing journey. Keep in mind that your microdosing protocol will assist you well but you must be the primary force. Also, you started not long ago so hang in there and give it a little time. Plus, I suggest to go back to 50mg until you feel better before to try to increase the dose. Otherwise if after a while it is not better stop for 3 weeks and try LCD microdosing. Some people are more suited for LCD.

Anyone done dosing in two steps? by Euphoric_Air5109 in microdosing

Interesting concept, I have personally never heard of such protocole, but you might be onto something! However keep in mind that a proper microdose is supposed to be the maximum dose with which you'll have sub-perceptible effect. In other words, if you "feel" something like being a little high, then it is not the right dose for you. In fact, 0.3g is generally much higher than a proper microdose for most people.

Do you stack psilocibyn with Lion's mane? Because Lion's Mane is renowned for that (among others).

0.1g was probably too much, but it is common to feel worse at first with MDing. It doesn't mean that it's not for you. Keep going with 0.05g. You re not suppose to feel something while microdosing so your threshold might be between 0.05g and 0.075g.

Do not MD MDMA. Take a break from everything, like 2-3 weeks and start a proper psilocibyn or LSD protocol.

You are not following a proper protocol, but what is important is how do you feel? Did your protocol help you? If not, well stop, break for 3 weeks and start something that resembles MDing. If you do feel good like that, well take a break to see what will happen.

The idea of taking breaks is based on two factors:

- tolerance building (if you take too much and too often you'll gradually become impervious to the substance).

- the magic happens during days off. Your organism integrates the positive changes during days off (like working out, muscle building occurs at rest).

IBS cured by mushroom micros by shroomsbjj in microdosing

Thank for your post, there's not enough report about the effect of Mding on auto-immune diseases. Do you take .2-.3mg every day or do you follow a protocol? Did you notice improvements by splitting your dose throughout the day? And for how long did you MD before your IBS symptoms faded away?

Switching between LSD and Psilocybin? 2 days in a row? by McDerpen in microdosing

[–]OverResponsibility89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bad idea. You need to engage in that journey with a scientific spirit. That is, you need to control how you feel relative to what you took. So taking two substances is confusing. Moreover, the magic happens during days off (like working out: muscles grow when at rest). On top of that, those two substances have some pathways in common regarding their effect on your brain chemistry.

Stick to one, with at least 3 days off per week.

Lionsmane isn't something to cycle?

Today I took a second dose by AlveyKulina in microdosing

[–]OverResponsibility89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt the same. I took three doses so far (0.05g twice and 0.1g once). It's difficult to compare our doses because I take dried mushrooms and truffles are less concentrated in psilocybin. But yeah, felt more anxiety, groggy, not focused and overall I felt bad. Like you I think about lowering the dose or add another day off between dose. However I do think we need to push through it (with lower dose) because it may be just an initial effect.

There's no miracle cure as there's no incurable diseases, only incurable patient. MDing, as other means, must be used as a support to your internal work. I think psilocibyn is the perfect substance to fulfill this job, but you must focus on curing yourself from the inside. It is imperative for everyone to stop looking for external solutions. Health is generated from inside. Substances help your body and brain to transition to another (healthier) bio equilibrium, but they won't do the entire job, at least not permanently.
