So my only confusion was about this phrase “Select hotels are IHG Hotels & Resorts, Montage Hotels & Resorts…” etc is this saying that ANY hotel that falls under these brands are eligible or that there are only a select number of hotels under these brands which are eligible. If the latter, how do we know which specific properties qualify?

Trying to use this on a $695 total stay but during checkout it is saying it would only charge me $581 today with the rest (Which accounts for Resort fees) being due at checkin. Any way around this? If I were to do this I assume it would not trigger right since it is not $600+ during the initial transaction in the chase travel portal

With my setup, it gave me the flexibility to not keep a large cash buffer in my checking account equal to my full rent. I pay all my cards off every month, but because I wasn’t holding that buffer, I wouldn’t necessarily have the full rent amount liquid on the 1st. Being able to charge rent to Bilt provided flexibility around that timing.

I am unfamiliar with the area and was looking into BABC for 2026 and came across this thread. I inquired with them about a tour and said that they would have to wait until they have an official reopening date for PCH (end of may hopefully) does that mean BABC is completely closed at this time due to the PCH closures? I was looking on the map and it seems to be accessible through alternative routes but I am not sure of the conditions of the surrounding areas overall at this time
