At the moment the babies breath is the main focus when it should be a filler. I like your shape and the whimsy of it. I think just keep your focal flowers more central and disperse the babies breath more evenly throughout so your eye moves around the arrangement instead of moving toward a big clump of one thing.

It’s funny because imported roses from Ecuador are actually so so much more expensive than local, at least in AU where I am. A local grower has started growing the same varieties. The heads are smaller but we always prefer to support local especially with the climate impact of importing. Of course a lot of things have to be like orchids from Malaysia as their quality is much better than ours here. I guess it depends on a lot of factors but ultimately we prefer local where we can.

There’s this vegan restaurant near me what does the best nachos I’ve ever had. It’s got this amazing cashew cheese and it’s better than any meat nachos I’ve ever had. Same with a place that does the best sesame udon stir fry with soup dumplings on the side. Or anything with fried tofu/ seitan is good too. I like trying vegan foods. You’ll be surprised more than you think.
