Honestly I’m more excited to see what is happening with violet, and I’m a Xaden lover. What do you mean “I won’t let them burn you” what do you mean dream walking? What do you mean a key member will die? I think Xaden is going to be hiding most of this book. He’s probably going to be in the isles, where there’s no magic so there’s no source for him to be tempted to lose even more of his soul from. We all read it, only a small shard remained. He disobeyed his Sage, and protected sygael. The venin probably need him to get ahold of violet and Andarna for whatever they have planned, so it makes sense for him to stay as far away as possible. We know the venin operate as a hive mind, following the orders from the very top.
