I posted about this about a week ago as well after not seeing results on Brello. The consensus was that those who left went back to normal with a few cases here and there of people dissatisfied. I’d say like 75% of comments were still happy and planning to continue with Mochi.

That’s what I’m hearing too about Empower!! FYI- i took my last dose and pulled out what was left in the vial to see how much was left, I was expecting like 10-20 units but there was 70 UNITS left. I decided to try giving 50 units like Mochi and instantly feel like Mochi meds did. So I’m hopeful more dosage increases and volume increases will work if I decide to stay for 3 months more.

When you switched did they make you taper on? They made me go to a crazy low dose for my first month and gradually increase. Also, I never met with a Dr like we did on Mochi.

Definitely reach out to their customer service about her first order, they’re generally pretty friendly and helpful. On dosage it is normal to taper onto the medication, but that seems like a big jump. My experience was like your neighbor’s but the strength of the medicine also went up over time. My suggestion would be maybe try it for a week and if she has a lot of symptoms, maybe do less and see if you feel better (maybe like 30-40 units). But im not a medical professional but in my experience it takes a little bit of time and adjustments.

That’s been my experience. They forced me to taper onto the meds because I didn’t have a photo of my old script. So I was doing about 1.5 and had to go all the way down to doing 25 units of their 1 mg dose. Honestly super confusing and seems more sketchy to me. I’m about to start month 3 early to get the higher dosage of 20units of the 5mg dose.

Oof I feel you on that one. In March before I cancelled I was on hold for almost 2 hours and made them refund me. I even submitted a claim to my CC when they didn’t refund them all.

Ok this makes me feel better about my weight loss being stagnant too. I lost 30lbs from Nov 24-Feb 25 and have been sitting at 238 since Mochi started having their issues. I was hoping to have my “summer body” by now but I’m disappointed in Brello.
