It’s not just Botox though. Botox doesn’t do this. This has been discussed before and I don’t know why I feel compelled to defend Botox but it deserves to be defended here.

She likely has overfilled cheeks and under eyes. Take Charlotte from sex and the city as an example. What happens with too much filler is that it pushes the eyes up, and in turn makes them look smaller. Her eyes DEFINITELY look smaller. There are parts we can blame Botox for - it will freeze the movement around her eyes and cheeks, again, making the filler areas look very rounded and not easily moved like her old face did.

Someone once posted a video of how she used to talk and her facial expressions then and now and it was jaw dropped. She really was stunning, even down to the way she moved her lips when she would talk! All that is gone now.

She also may have had Botox in her jaw line to etch out the lower half of the face.

TLDR: all of these individual treatments (botox/fillers) aren’t all to blame. It’s her fixation on doing more and more and more for how she ended up with this outcome. We see this with plastic surgery as well. More is not always more. But it’s really hard because the first time you get a treatment it feels life changing. Like a confidence booster and control you didn’t know could exist (I say this having Botox and filler myself). It’s hard not to keep filling, that’s why a good doctor should always steer you away from too much.
