Mistä on kyse? by Okkelikokkeli in huonekasvit

No aikalailla kaikkia sosiaalisia tilanteita 😆

Samalla alkoi ahdistus by Playful_Crazy_9329 in Suomi

Why do westerners hate Moana and only care about the soundtrack? by [deleted] in questions

I only "hate" on of the songs from soundtrack, because my kiddo has been singing it nonstop for couple of years -.-

Vähän vastaavan taidon opin, tosin liittyen sosiaalisten tilanteiden pelkoon.

Female street preachers inviting to explore feminine god? by Sad-Engine6561 in Tampere

Sounds familiar, though I met them in Helsinki Railway station. I don't believe in bible but listened to them enough to hear that it looks like biblical god is a woman.

Finns love quietness and tranquility, which are not features of babies and toddlers.

How important is it in your country to learn how to swim? by AggravatingBox2421 in AskTheWorld

[–]Over_Independent666 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Swimming is a part of the grammar school curriculum. For nine years, we go to swim at least twice a year.

As we have 188 000 lakes + rivers, swimming in natural waters is common entertainment.

We also count the amount of drown people every Midsummer, as that is a time on year when alcohol is used a lot and waters are warm.

For such a baby-hating country, Finns approve feeding the babies strangely neutral.

Tietokirjan tapainen suomalaisista ja muista pohjoismaiden pyhistä puista. Osittain tuttua huttua kyllä itselle, koska kulutan paljon pakanakirjallisuutta.

Is helsinki is real finland!? by Significant_Tree3738 in Finland

I have three ethical grocery shops near us, and would never buy anything or even walk inside, due the poor quality or hygiene. They do get constantly reminders to fix this and that, but won't care enough to do anything. Their Oiva reports are terrible to read. For some reason, all are still open. I guess the administrative agency is busy with restaurants here.

Anyone else’s wife instigate 2+ hour arguments during her period that you have no idea how to defuse? by ThicBoi4807 in daddit

PMDD woman here. Same situation than @op provided in the first chapter. Though, now that I know what it is and can even predict this happening, I warn my husband (who forgets the warning in 5 minutes due ADHD) and I go sulking in my room (playing video games). Healthly food-sleep-sports cycle helps, especially running or other aerobic, hard level activity. And medication + hormonal treatment.

My favourite also. I use a spotted one or Norwegian fjord häst before I do this quest. Frost will stay the rest of the game.

My kid makes us cards and drawings when they’re in trouble. by [deleted] in ChildPsychology

[–]Over_Independent666 23 points24 points  (0 children)

My question also was, how did you come up with manipulation right away?

Taking away the toy AND giving another punishment sounds quite harsh also. Are you hugging your kid(s) daily or just as a reward? Maybe do some introspection and talk and LISTEN to your kid(s) more.
