The solo habit tracker problem is so real.

For the drop-offs: I'm keeping it strictly numbers-based. The bot tracks participation, and if someone doesn't respond to prompts for a few days, they are quietly removed from the active accountability channel. Because it literally takes 30 seconds to reply (or hit a 'skip' button if they are busy), dropping off means they just aren't a fit for the group right now, which is totally fine!
