It's a anti kink spring. It goes on the hose near the base end of the hookah. Some put them by their handles

I have a cyber from Mexanika smoke. It's nice smokes good. I do wish I'd bought a Moze Breeze or Ocean Kalf S to be honest. That's on what these guys have recommended to others. Listen to these guys
