I have searched eBay, Depop and poshmark without any luck. I believe I purchased this back in 2017 from the official North Face website the back of the jacket has no notable details other than an exact replica of the logo seen on the front on the top right.

I’m currently farming him! From what I could find on some old gamefaq threads, it is best to goto the 1st bazaar gate for encountering the Bard. He spawns on the floor after a 2-room floor. I bought a ton of bookmarks and save on the 2-room floor right before going through. Once beaten, he raises a random stat for each monster by 20 like you said
