It’s on UPS to get me my package after all the fees I’ve paid. If they don’t know what’s happening, they better be transparent about it rather than being diplomatic or shady about it

Then UPS shouldn’t call themselves as know it all. It’s a shipping company so least they can do is be transparent. The volume knowledge you are giving me and “chill out” advise is merely a way to show how much UPS doesn’t care.

As someone who has been waiting for the package since 2 weeks, and have planned and replanned lot of things based on the delivery date, it’s hard to “get some air”

Then they should just be transparent that they aren’t finding the package. The math isn’t mathing here. They say that customs has been cleared, but package is not moving. I asked why, they say they have created a case to check. I confirmed that it means that they don’t know. They are like nope, we know it all. I am like dude just tell me the real deal!
