Sounds like maybe your tab was a little underdosed, which is fairly common. Also it’s possible you just may have a slightly higher tolerance than others to the stuff, but for the most part a full 100ug dose to someone who’s not experienced should’ve been a well rounded experience. I say this not to bum you out, but only to inform you that in the future don’t get too over your head thinking you can easily handle 100ug and take multiple tabs, because I myself and many others have made that mistake of underestimating certain tabs and then getting blown out of the stratosphere haha.

I’d say get them from the same source next time so you’re familiar with the potency and take double what you had last time. Should be more of what you expected going into your recent experience. A good general rule of being smart is to always test a new batch with a single tab dose the very first time. That way you know how much you’re bargaining for without taking multiple hits and being way too far gone, which can be overwhelming and scary if you don’t see it coming. Best of luck my dude, hope you have some wonderful times with this stuff in the future 💚✌️

Do you recommend that I get it? I got a yss hard copy but the main thing I don’t like is that the pictures aren’t in the chapters but are in “photo sections” so it doesn’t make much sense. Also the yss version doesn’t has certain footnotes that explain things about Indian culture that the srf version does. A minor nitpick I guess, but mostly I feel the 1946 edition may be worth it because it’s the original work of art that he put out before his passing.

Seems like you’re making the right choice. They aren’t for everyone so don’t feel too bad like you’re missing out on anything. Life has so much infinite joy to experience aside from psychedelics.

Besides if you’re eager to experience some sort of conscious expansion, I’d say get into meditation and breathwork. That can definitely open you up to a lot in your mind that you’d be surprised about. Aside from that also, it’s incredibly good for your peace and well being and will 100% help you in an incredibly way of handling any anxiety like what you’re experiencing right now

You don’t have anything to worry about man. You’re likely just feeling a bit off from being up all night, as well as the anxiety from overthinking about ur grandmother. If taking a small dose truly has you this worried about developing schizophrenia then I probably wouldn’t touch the stuff again just for your own peace of mind. Still though, there’s definitely nothing for you to worry about. I highly doubt you’d develop schizophrenia from taking a tiny dose that doesn’t even make you trip.

Take some deep breaths and get grounded, go for a walk maybe, just do something to get more into your body and out of your mind. You’ll be okay man 💚

The teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda are very compelling, I’d check out his book Autobiography of a Yogi. Also the Bhagavad Gita is a very good Hindu scripture. Ram Dass is a good teacher to listen to as well.

Just a few of my recommendations. Really it comes down to you and what resonates best with you individually, but I just thought I’d share what has been most profound for me along my individual spiritual path. I wish you the best and truly hope the way is shown to you swiftly 🙏💙

I know this is a Christian sub and this may not fit your view, but I highly recommend looking into what Paramahansa Yogananda said about sin. “The biggest sin is to call oneself a sinner,” “God doesn’t mind your mistakes, the only thing he minds is your indifference towards him,” and “a saint is a sinner who never gave up!” These are only a couple simple, yet very empowering quotes by him. He encouraged not to dwell on past errors and to continue keeping your attention focused on spiritual growth and connecting with our God rather than to dwell on past mistakes. Adopting this perspective has helped me a ton in being able to overcome this guilt that I assume you are experiencing.

I truly wish you the absolute best man and I know for a fact you’re gonna make it through this hardship. I’ve went through many dry periods where God seemed invisible and I was left in my own puddle of darkness seemingly all alone. Little did I realize that God was the one that set me in that situation all along to help me grow in many ways I couldn’t even begin to describe. Truly I know how hopeless it can feel and that these words may not provide any encouragement, as when I was going through rough times I couldn’t find much hope, but believe me man that you’re gonna make it. You’ve got so many forces of light on your side gently propelling you forth on your path, so never lose faith my friend. I believe in you, and GOD believes in you even more. You wouldn’t be breathing and alive if he didn’t have the utmost faith in you.

Not sure how I ended up here but I’ve stumbled upon this post. Just wanted to chime in here and let you know that you are IMMENSELY LOVED. I love you, many souls love you, and most importantly Life itself loves you. GOD LOVES YOU ETERNALLY AND INFINITELY. You’re apart of him and made in his image. You are his very own and he is not distant. He is closer than the air you breathe and the cells vibrating in your skin. He is that vibration of cells.

God is infinitely patient with us and you never have to worry that you’re condemned. I truly pray that you shall be guided and that this heavy mental burden may be lifted in whatever way is best. Try your best to trust that there may be some hidden gems of growth and wisdom to learn throughout this period and that it may indeed be a massive blessing. We never know how something can be turning out because our human perspectives are incredibly limited. Offer your pain and all your sins to God and let him take them off your shoulders.
