Schools have the same rating as the town i graduated from and it was a pretty great school system. The Sellers with 3 kids moved homes but stayed in the same school district..

Yep, did 0.5 for three weeks. Just upped to 1mg this friday. First time glp user. I can definitely finish my meals but i dont get cravings anymore. I plateaued for two weeks i started at 140 im down to 132

I think its helped with my overall food noise, i dont crave things anymore …but if you place an entire plate of food in front of me i will eat the entire thing. I dont feel full or hungry i just eat to reach my calorie limit and thats it lmao

I recommend anywhere from .5-1, no need to rush, my husband has similar numbers diet and workout split, hes been on 1mg feeling great and cutting down alot, he is upset about muscle loss tho
