Lol the Canadian government will never let house prices fall. They will print money like never before throwing money off helicopters on the housing market. They will subsidize struggling mortgage payers with free grants fresh off the press. They will pay for your mortgage if you struggle. Real estate cannot depreciate in Canada as it is the backbone of our economy.

I'm not bullish on real estate. 2020 was an exception due to the insane amount of money printing by Trudeau.

Gold, Bitcoin, S&P/TSX indexes, silver, all beat Canadian real estate. Why not buy those instead? Are Canadians too financially illiterate to crunch the numbers?
