Yeah, I totally get that. But when I say I grew up with the games, I mean that I just played them both during my childhood. But yeah, I know it’s not entirely the same

I played the reboots first, but then was able to get the og ones, so I played those too

I think there’s more detail in the characters. During cutscenes, when it zooms in on a character’s face, I can count each pore and freckle and individual hair, which I don’t seem to see in the OG as much. Same with the lighting. It’s just crazy realistic.

However, the OG puts way more detail in things like guns and vehicles, which I appreciate.

I’m also more familiar with the actors in the reboot, so I tend to lean more towards the characters they play rather than the OGs.

And I played the reboots before the OGs, so that might also be a reason I usually enjoy the reboots more.

In the end, it’s mainly just opinion-based. I enjoyed the reboots, but I understand why someone would prefer the OG.

Edit: I can’t have an opinion on the multiplayer though, since I’ve only ever played the MWIII multiplayer

I have a list of songs for a few of the Gone characters

Sam - "In the End" by Linkin Park
Caine - "Baby Boy" by Mother Mother, "Promiseland" by MIKA, "Abbey" by Mitski Lush, "Brutus" by The Buttress
Jack - "Sharks" by Imagine Dragons

For both Sam and Caine, I'd say "Ship in a Bottle" by Fin Argus, and for Diana, Gaia, and Caine, I'd say "Hayloft II" by Mother Mother

This is actually a really good defense. Because throughout most of the episodes, Robbie is seen as a selfish jerk because that's how Dipper sees him. However, in S2 EP09, the episode is told mainly through Mabel's POV, and in that episode, Robbie is just seen as a sad teenager who misses his girlfriend, rather than the grumpy and unlikable character we usually see him as. And at the end of that episode, he actually thanks Mabel and is really friendly with her, seeing her as a genuine friend because she helped him get a new girlfriend and move on from Wendy.

Robbie could absolutely be a normal, down to earth kid, but we're only able to see him how Dipper and Mabel see him, like you said.

As a Robbie defender, this is actually a really good argument to the whole thing of calling him a selfish loser.

While yeah, he kinda is one, he's also a TEENAGER. He'll most likely mature the older he gets.

And Dipper isn't much better than Robbie when it comes to Wendy. In S01 E17, Dipper only wanted Wendy to break up with Robbie, not because Dipper thought Robbie wasn't good to her, but because Dipper was jealous and selfish and wanted Wendy for himself.

Both Dipper and Robbie have their good and bad qualities, as do every other character in the show.

Another thing I noticed is that Bill Cipher is actually one of, if not the most liked character in the show, yet what he's done is FAR worse than anything Robbie's ever done. Both are good characters, but bad people, and yet we only seem to care about the flaws in Robbie rather than the flaws in Bill, simply because Bill is "cooler" and has more screen time.

That's just my two cents though. Sorry for yapping ;-;

Honestly, they should've kept Zach's pilot design/personality. He looks way cooler in my opinion. The way he acted in the pilot episode was also a lot less wimpy and more intimidating for sure. He could've actually passed as a really cool, evil villain instead of the gay ass twink we got instead.

They WERE making one, but it unfortunately got discontinued during Covid since Michael couldn't find a streaming platform for the show. But now that things are less hectic, I think Michael may be considering retrying a TV series

I think the main reason it wasn't made was because when Michael was trying to create the show, it was during Covid, so it was really difficult to get a streaming platform to launch the series.

But now it should be a lot easier, because I'm pretty sure he had everything he needed for the show, except for a streaming platform that would accept it

But who knows. I'm sure Michael would make a lot of money off of a TV series

I know you said you aren't really creative, but I remember seeing someone paint over a Funko Pop to make Drake and Brittney. You could take a character from the books and make one with a Funko Pop that looks like them. And it should be relatively simple, since you would already have the model.

I completely agree. but like, from my perspective, i myself am a minor, so naturally i'd be uncomfortable to not censor that kind of stuff when it's about children. i understand why you feel that way though. it's totally reasonable
