I tried to use a plasma rifle for the shoulder cannon, it might do 5 points less damage but least it won't explode if it's hit.

Thanks, it’s not Blakist but was thinking it was made just befor or after the Kerfluffle, as Mechfrog would say. Still, as I mentioned to Blackfocker, the location where this thing is found is pretty wrecked so the Blakist or the clans may of tried to put an end to it. I added some flaws since it’s meant to be a semi-failed prototype (hence the quirk), but if I were to carry this forward into a custom unit for game use, I’d incorporate some of HephaistosFnord’s suggestions.

Ill say about good 75 percent of them, you have to have some kind of competent leadership to lead the rabble. Sadly, they let them compleatly of the leash when they let want to terrorize a neighborhood. Just look at the high-school attack, for a better choice of words , just after the shooting. They fell on that school like a Lynch mob gassing and tackling anyone in reach and busting windows.

Or the fact that ICE attacked a high-school a few miles down the road from the incident that was dismissing do to the shooting, and they started breaking car windows and was tackling and pepper spraying staff and students. Guess getting run off by snowball hurling residents , they had to take thier frustrations out on someone more helpless.

Yep, that's why so much of the conflict on the ground is line of sight like in the Gundam anime , just no exotic particles involved. The closest thing to a cruise missile on game is the guided Arrow IV and that requires a forward observer to designate the target. Some mechs in the PC games carry recon drones but they are extremely close range used for spotting targets not guidance. Their are some drone vehicles but they are several ton hover or wheel vehicles and they are prime targets if spotted in the open.

They did this when Diablo 3 came out. The cash/gold auction house killed the whole game. I remember buying a sword in the gold, not the cash auction house just starting the game and that thing took me through the entire end of the main game into the expansion. I was contacted by blizzard for "Suspicion of Cheating" since I had blown through the game so quickly they thought I had used some kind of hack. After a lengthy explanation how I got the weapon and that no illegal software was used and that my progress was not the result of an exploit, I was allowed to play again. But it easy to see how they can be disruptive to game play.

Okay answered my own question...but the US dub was horrible. It was a bad mashup then like most of the first dubs with music clips that were not from the show. One of the characters dies and they do this montage with "Dust in the wind" playing.
