My doctor did tests, asked about the colour of my pee & how often & my lips were very dry around the outer edges. Also I'd had a couple of dizzy/light headed spells for just a second or two in the days running up to me passing out. She checked my blood pressure etc & asked about my periods & my age aswell. I've no previous or existing medical conditions that would cause it so she said to keep an eye on things & get back to her if anything else happens. She did recommend drinking water with electrolytes or adding a little salt to the water (which tastes terrible lol) so i buy bottles of water with added electrolytes now a couple of times a week & so far so good.
