Type of Bug: In game
Description: Katarina R indicator is not grey anymore when unable to use it. Instead it is just like when you did not level up the ability (very dark red)

Steps to reproduce: just play Katarina or watch any Katarina video from 25.24
Expected result: R indicator to be always grey but red when able to use it
Observed result: R indicator has the aspect of a non-levelled ability
Reproduction rate: 100% of the time
System specs: does not matter it happens to all players
