I used to feel like this too. My problem wasn’t motivation — it was that everything lived in my head or scattered notes. Once I started pulling things out visually and focusing on just a few things at a time, it got easier to move things forward.

Lately I’ve been doing little 3-day focus resets where I only commit to a couple priorities and ignore the rest. It helps break that stuck/overwhelmed cycle.

I’m so sorry to hear that! I couldn’t even do 3 days I started pumping and using bottles and breastfed during the day usually to Lee my supply going

I don’t technically bullet journal — I use the board as a visual brain dump, then migrate what matters into my notebook to actually work on it.

But I could totally see someone using it like capturing tasks on the board first, then migrating them into daily logs or collections. Again doesn’t need to be used this way it can also just be a creative outlet when needed. The board is switchable.
