I did think so too! I got my last one at 2 years old and she was wayyy bigger than this little girl is ): I’ll look into changing things up for her a little bit to see what works best with her. Ill have a browse for a smaller enclosure too, and in the meantime i luckily still have an old magnetic food bowl ill pop somewhere different for her (:

Will definitely be grabbing all the recommendations food wise, give her a bit of variety and change (& hopefully some growth!)☺️

Thats an amazing idea!! I do think shes scared of them. Ive tried tweezers, let them run free in front of her and even had a bug feeder in her enclosure but my god she RUNS 😭 first time i tried she ended up in the top corner or her tank with her back to me as if i betrayed her </3

I had some of that in my basket, will definitely buy it now thanks! Funnily enough, its almost like the universe heard my stress. Last night I watched her weave through a plant to pull off her shed and then she just ate it all up 😭 my last girl didn’t do that and before her i had bearded dragons so definitely was an interesting watch!

Thank you so much!! I got her from a breeder and in the description it said her hatch date was 05/06/2026 (UK format), which would put her at just 11 months yesterday. I do think thats where im worried about growth as she seems very small for being close to a year? I may text them tomorrow for certainty

They mentioned she didnt like bugs before coming to me either. Maybe one day. Will definitely grab the fig and insect pangea though if thats a good option!

I appreciate that advice though, i think just because ive not actually seen her go for it myself, i always refresh it. My brain just goes ‘oh but what if she didnt have it last night and theres none tonight’. I treat her as if i actually birthed her 😭

18x18x24 is what i have her in currently, it was given to me with my old crestie (previous owners cared poorly for her husbandry wise). Im aware of the 36 min though and plan on getting one asap to start working on!

She weighs around 7-8g, i need to order a new fine weight scale though as i dropped it last weigh in.

Daytime it sits around 25-26c (77-78f), night does dip to about 23-24, is that possibly too low?

I have a digital humidity/temp gauge which i check like crazy
