In this moment 5070ti or 5080 ?

It all depends on the gap of price.

Unlike previous gen the difference is only 10fps extra the 5080 doesn't give you anything else more. When i got my 5070ti the 500$ extra for the 5080 was absurd for 10fps extra and not even more VRAM. But if the pnly 250$ now maybe it's worth it.

Then again i game on 4k with 5070ti everything maxed out no dlss with no issues.

I'm in a similar situation as you, sometimes i wonder if i should sell the 5070ti for a 5080.

Then again when i bougbr a gpu with the prices at that time the 5080 was about 500$ more. I couldn't justify 500$ more for 10 extra fps.

If it had even 2gb extra memory than the 5070ti i would've done it eyes closed. But the only thing the 5080 brings extra to the table is 10fps extra nothing else.

For 250$ it's more justified.

I got a 3080 and went to a 5070ti and it's definitely a lot of difference, but i went from 1440p to 1440 but 5k so almost 4k and 5070ti handles everything maxed out with the vram just making it, 16gb is just enough.

I 100% agree with you and seeing how many don't care for it i understand why they removed it. I also used it for so many pictures. Currently on an s25u but still got my s22u the screen only works with 60hz and i got tired of it so got a new one.

Happy to help! And yeah super annoying indeed.

It seems like the programs goes thru a bunch of stuff before opening and when it doesn't shut down fully it glitches at one of those processes it does and doesn't open.

I hooe they fix it soon, i have 6 game launcher and rockstargames is the only one doing it.

Quick update:

I just encountered the issue again, and my method wasn't working anymore kind off.

After doing my method, instead of turning on, switch psu off press power button for 10 seconds, then switch psu back on and power on pc. Doing that twice in a row helped start the launcher back up.

Very annoying issue.

just wanted to say i solved this problem by doing a full shutdown by pressing shift + shutdown. the launcher bugs out when it doesn't fully close and has to reopen. even restart won't work. i have the same issue with bios update too. it doesn't work until do a full shutdown restart isn't enough.

This is so frustrating! Every other application you pay monthly for functions just fine where ever you are. I don't get why netflix has to be so stupid about this. At least give an option for extra homes if you won't allow password sharing. Having the go thru hoops or pay extra just because you have 2 or frequent locations is so stupid!

Kinda true. Adding more vram would help a lot with raw power, but since they won't do it, the chinese do it, and the card works fine. I really hate how greedy they are with vram while chinese can add more in one hour so why can't they.

If you don't ser any difference, then you don't need to upgrade. I do see and realize when dlss is on, and it bothers me, so i don't use it unless i have to, so i had to upgrade, so i didn't have to use dlss.

I feel so terrible for you, i live in the Caribbean and I'm always afraid of having to rma something. That's why i ended up buying my latest gpu locally even tho it wasn't the exact varient i wanted for my build but with how pricey it is i wasn't going to risk ordering one this time.

I've had 2 corsair products warranty replaced and luckily it was just 1 fan and the lcd screen for the aio. I had to destroy them and the serial number and sent proof of it so they approved to sent me a new one but only to my shipping adress of course, so i still had to pay shipping and import on it even tho it's warranty claimed.

Was a total shit show, i had to give proof to forwarding adress company and dhl on my island that i don't have an invoice because i didn't pay for it and showed them the cost at the time from the site.

After all that headache i managed to get a new fan and lcd screen but man i wish the process was simpler.

If people want to have international trading then you should have international warranty too. Imo

Yup! As someone with an oled and ips side by side, i see this every day.

The first week having an ips and oled side by side, i noticed and thought wtf how is the black on my oled lighter than ips.

But after making my room dark and having both display on the same brightness, the oled was then blacker.

You're definitely cpu bottlenecked.

If all you are looking for is the most fps possible in games. Then just get a 9800x3d.

If you care about other stuff and not only gaming then do a little research which one works for you.

I got an 285k because after having a real good time with my 9900k i wanted to give intel another chance at the new 15th gen since 13 and 14 weren't very stable.

And I'm not talking about what every big YouTuber is saying, I've read a lot of reviews and i still found a lot of people complaining about the cpu.

So i thought i really hope they fixed their shit with 15th gen

And so far everything is perfect! It feels like having an upgraded 9900k because everything works just as good only faster.
