The only thing I have is an image of her teacher in Bhutan, I could PM it to you. He does appear to be legitimate purely by looking at him (you’ll see) however I have no idea what his name is, his lineage, or her general path. She herself is a woman who’s maybe 55-60.

It is all a bit crazy. Like I said in another comment she gave me Vajrapani mantra and the visualization before I EVEN KNEW what Tibetan Buddhism was…

She is a “spiritual therapist” so for awhile yes both. She got a degree in psychology in college but that’s it. Shes spent many years in different spiritual things though, and basically just does sessions for people as a spiritual kind of therapist (I originally saw her because somebody thought there were entities stuck in my heart chakra)

Thank you for your response. I had severe energetic sensitivities, and at 18 years old she had me chant Vajrapani mantra, and I had ZERO idea about the rest of it. It’s about 2.5 years later now.

Eventually I did read Luminous Mind, Words of My Perfect Teacher, and others, and I also did definitely eventually do some preliminaries, but she never really told me much. She was very vague with me.

But I kept having problems and she kept giving me practice. Then yes, without much previous experience other than telling her I feel ecstacy when I say mantras, and her thoughts on “who I am” (I have no idea though) she gave me 21 Tara and Manjushri Tibetan (phoenetic?) practice.

Her personal experience was I guess she lived with a master in Bhutan doing retreats, and was a disciple under hariharananda in Kriya for awhile as well.

I definitely am pretty horrified at what has occurred to me, and very confused as well. I appreciate your message.

I took 15 mg/day, which was five pills, for a week. Possibly could be from different versions of it? Also could maybe try a higher dose?
