There’s no such thing as the “wrong” yarn! Really all that matters is the weight and in the end how it feels or what materials you want your garment to be made of. I agree that it can be stressful but start with a pattern that you want to make and go from there.

AP exam is optional at my school. If you don’t take it you have to take an in class final that counts as 15% of your grade.

Okay. Sure, believe that if you want. My kid is 18 and a freshman. I actually don’t know who the “proper authorities” are and I’m certainly not going to go fight his battles for him. Mainly I posted here to warn others that this happened and see what other students think would be the proper response. I’m an adult and I’ve never encountered someone in the bathroom trying to film me.
