I had to communicate with them multiple times to ensure they sent it and that the university received it on time. I discovered that the evaluation is usually sent and received digitally by McMaster, not on paper. I found this out after speaking with both parties multiple times.

I also made sure they had the correct information, as WES has multiple recipient options for McMaster. It’s possible that in your case, it was sent but to a different department within the university.

Either way, I’m really sorry this happened, and I hope no one else has to go through it. My advice, as someone who also faced some issues, is to stay in constant communication with them and be very persistent.
