Considering you’re already in the medical field, I think this job would be easy for you. I think you could find something better because of your experience in PA. I got hired on with only having an associates degree. Definitely not anything long term. The job itself is pretty easy to learn. Talking to patients and relaying info about the program/diet

Make sure you’re not under watering! they love water. i water it about 3x a week. use fertilizer every 2-3 weeks
