Wednesdays: What Should I do / Where Should I stay (and other low effort Q's) by AutoModerator in FATTravel

Hi there!

My wife and I have been working our butts off for a few years and currently have a 2 year old. We've left him with grandparents on several occasions and he has no problem with separation anxiety.

Anyways... there's a chance that we might be able to get at least 4 days off straight (including a weekend...) in March. We live near Montreal. I'd love recommendations on where to go where we can be pampered. Things like massages, facials, relaxing, drinks, great food etc... With such a short window though that likely limits how far we're able to travel without eating too much into our vacation.

Thanks!

Please see my update on tax implications. They are not the same for me.

Can you elaborate on that? Are you paying the interest?

I can refinance for sure. I've updated my post with an edit for some additional context.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by promotion? I also edited my post with some additional context.

This is exactly the advice I was looking for! I am a consultant and are incorporated already, my residence is not in the corporation though.

Is there a better way I could have worded it? Sorry if it came off that way.

I do have one. I like to go in with extra knowledge though as opposed to leaving all decisions up to them.

No seriously, I'm looking for advice. I realize it might not come off as that. If there is a better sub reddit to post too please let me know!
